This is the user agreement which governs your use of this website and the purchase by you of the services and products we provide. Not all of the products or services we provide are supplied by us, therefore the contract for the product and/or service will be between you and that third party supplier.

By making a reservation through phi-phi-adventures.com you agree to the above terms and conditions.
All products sold through phi-phi-adventures.com are not an offer by phi-phi-adventures.com to sell any product, but an invitation to you to make an offer to our suppliers. We are free to accept that offer on behalf of those suppliers or to reject it. We will send you an e-mail confirming the contract when purchasing from the website. We will of course assist you with any queries or concerns relating to the hotel if you wish - please contact Customer Services.
You undertake to us that the details you provide while using the phi-phi-adventures.com are correct, in particular that the credit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service. Please do note that we do not take responsibility for bookings made with impossible or incorrect data.
If there are any changes to the details supplied to us by you, it is your responsibility to inform phi-phi-adventures.com via our contact web form or by contacting our Customer Services as soon as possible.
It is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided on redeeming the booking voucher. If you do not present the voucher at check-in this will be classed as a no-show and will result in no refund.
We will do our best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them. However because of the sophisticated technology that is required in operating phi-phi-adventures.com there may be times when errors occur. For example, very occasionally, this may result in a price, product or service or other detail displayed or presented on the website being incorrect. In this case we reserve the right to cancel that contract, without liability to you for payments made to us.
phi-phi-adventures.com does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

The Adventure Club Limited Partnership takes the privacy of its customers' data very seriously. Please read the following policy to understand how we will treat your personal data when you use our site. If this policy changes then we will let you know via our homepage but we assure you that we only use your data as specified here and for our legitimate business reasons.
When do we collect data?

- When you purchase products or services from the site;

- When you speak to our customer services personnel;
- Via implicit data capture measures such as studying which pages you read the most and the use of cookies. In any of the above cases the data we collect could be personal data.
What do we do with your personal information?
When you buy anything via the site, we may need to collect information about you to process the transaction, fulfill your order and provide you with the services you expect. We do not keep a record of your credit card details for additional security. By directly using the bank payment gateway the transactions are kept between your bank (card provider and our bank).
The Adventure Club Limited Partnership retains and uses your personal information to provide you with the best online e-commerce experience by providing you with a personalized service and to give you details of offers which we think will be of interest to you. We may also use the information to process any transactions you undertake with us and for internal administration and analysis.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
Cookies
Cookies are small files which are sent to your browser and stored on your computer's hard disc. The information this cookie holds is the travel dates and destination of your current search. This is done to help you compare hotels easily and quickly without having to re-enter the same data. Other than this, we do not store any passwords or any other information in the cookie, or use it for any other purpose.

We operate in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Consent
By disclosing your personal information to us using this website or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by The Adventure Club Limited Partnership in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. Some information and e-mails sent to The Adventure Club Limited Partnership may be used as testimonials but no e-mail address or contact details will be displayed.

Hotel Bookings
Booking Amendments
In the event that you would like to amend your hotel booking, it is your responsibility to notify The Adventure Club Limited Partnership in writing in time. We recommend using our online ‘Contact Us’ form as the most effective and reliable way to communicate any changes to your booking. The Adventure Club Limited Partnership applies no charges to make these changes, however most hotels may also have a penalty for any changes to reservations. Customer Services will advise you if you decide to proceed with the changes. You will then be sent confirmation that your changes have been made for your records.
Cancellations / Refunds
All cancellations must be made in writing by fax or e-mail to The Adventure Club Limited Partnership. We strongly recommend using our online ‘Contact Us’ form as the most effective and reliable way to communicate any cancellations. Refunds are calculated from the day The Adventure Club confirms receipt of written notice. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your original booking e-mail address to confirm we have received your cancellation notification. Please ensure you receive this confirmation e-mail as proof of cancellation. Cancellations without confirmation will not be validated.
Cancellation charges for hotels:
- More than 60 days before check-in: 1 night charge + bank transfer costs.
- Less than 60 days before check-in: 30% of the total accommodation booking, with a minimum of 1 night charge + bank transfer costs
- Within 24 hours: no refund
- Charges may vary depending on the individual hotel operator policy.
- There is no refund for any unused part of the hotel stay, package or tour purchased.
- No refund for bookings made during a regions ‘High Season’
(eg. Phi Phi in Thailand offers no refund for bookings made between 1st November to 1st March).
General
All hotel discounts advertised are based on the discounts from the full "rack rate" including VAT and are correct at the time the offers are first advertised on the website However, please note that some hotels may also charge additional taxes or compulsory items, which may not be included in the offer.
"Rack rate" is the rate published by a hotel which is the maximum it will charge for any room.
Prices stated are on a ‘per room, per night’ basis and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Please be aware that the hotel room photos are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer and may not represent the actual room assigned.
Unless otherwise stated, breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included.
Star ratings are procured from local Tourist Associations following local government guidelines. Therefore, The Adventure Club Limited Partnership cannot be held responsible for any misconceptions relating to star ratings.
Miscellaneous
You accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.
In order to make a purchase you must be over 18 years old be purchasing for yourself and have the legal capacity to make the transaction.
You must make sure that all the information you provide to us is true and accurate.
You must not use the website for speculative, false or fraudulent bookings.
Failure to supply the correct credit card details may result in delays to the issue of your Hotel Voucher and may make the fare(s) subject to change. Please ensure that the details you give match those on your credit card billing statement. We also reserve the right to cancel vouchers after issue if payment is declined or incorrect cardholder details and billing information have been supplied.
Further, in an effort to minimize the effects of credit card fraud, we reserve the right to carry out random checks, and may request you to either fax or post to us proof of your address and a copy of the credit card and recent statement.
Security:
In order to protect our customers wherever they go, The Adventure Club Limited Partnership, its distribution channels and agents reserve the right to void anyone or group of persons if they intentionally falsify booking information or vouchers. No refund will be issued under such circumstances and individuals / groups may be liable to further action.
The transmission of threatening, defamatory, pornographic, political or racist material or any material that is otherwise unlawful is expressly prohibited.
The site and any content may not be modified, copied, transmitted, distributed, sold, displayed, licensed, or reproduced in any way by you, except if you wish to make copies of the website for your own personal and non-commercial use.
This user agreement is between you and The Adventure Club Limited Partnership and its subsidiaries.
