CLIENT TESTIMONIALS
16 November 2007 What a day!! From two non-swimmers point of view. It was amazing! Terrified at first and I mean really nervous; I can’t swim a stroke! Our instructor was great, really helped me and encouraged me all the way! He stayed beside me through the whole thing, holding my hand and bringing me out to really deep water.
I saw amazing coral, beautiful fish and even a few small sharks. Something I thought I’d never see. Definitely couldn’t of done it without your encouragement, praise the whole lot. Thanks a million for the experience I won’t forget.
Go raish mzith agzt!

Scuba diving with you guys was an experience I will remember for the rest of my life. Anyone who is tired of going to Hippies Bar every night should go diving with these guys instead.

Shark Watching

Black Tip Reef Sharks are a timid and non aggressive species of shark. They are more scared of us than we are of them...Really!

This is a snorkeling excursion only. The water is between 2 feet to 6 feet deep. Being a good swimmer is not important.

We do not feed the sharks.

Important facts about the Shark Watch Program

  • Most shark species are not dangerous or not a threat to man whatsoever.
  • The Black Tip Reef sharks have never displayed any aggressive behavior towards us or our guests
  • Black tip reef sharks like many other shark species are selective eaters. Their main diet consists of small reef species such as silversides, wrasse, parrotfish, groupers, snapper and squid etc
  • We do not feed the sharks.
  • We make every effort to avoid disturbing the sharks.
  • If you can’t swim, or have never snorkeled before then you can also participate.
  • This program is for adults and children of all ages. (Minimum age: 5 years)
This trip also comes with a "no-shark money-back guarantee!"

Tour Program

Tours starts at 06:15 a.m. We take only 6 persons per boat.

This is a 3-4 hour program and is organized by our snorkeling guide.

The tour starts with a careful briefing on how to behave when in the water. This is only because the sharks are extremely timid and to approach them closely it helps to understand about these them.

After a short 10 minute boat ride, we don equipment and we enter the water. We shall spend between 1.5 hours and 2 hours in the water with the sharks.

It is not necessary to be a good swimmer of snorkeler. Guests float quietly on the surface so there is no diving required.

At some point later in the trip we may visit another part of the reef to look at other corals and fish.

Usually we will either video or photograph the trip which the guests can watch and purchase if they wish.

Price includes: Mask and snorkel, fins, wetsuit, life jacket, fruit, water, and divemaster. Longtail boat and captain.

Cost 800 baht
