Snorkelling at bamboo island

Bamboo Island

Island Description

Bamboo Island and Moskito Island are located at the north of Phi Phi Don Island.

Bamboo Island is a small island and surrounded by beautiful white sandy beaches. There is no accommodation available here since it is part of the National Marine Park and building is illegal.

Moskito Island is not far from Bamboo Island but very different in form. This island is very rocky with high limestone cliffs. The island is surrounded by a shallow coral reef.

Hin Klang Reef is conveniently situated on the way to these islands. It is a shallow coral reef that is a very good snorkelling spot.
